Accuracy is a process
Report it. Trace it. Repair it.
Career and licensing information changes, and original practice content can still contain mistakes. A credible learning product needs an explicit path from concern to correction.
What to report
Useful reports identify the page or question, the statement that may be wrong, why it matters, and—when possible—the primary source that conflicts with it. Never send exam questions recalled from a live test, account secrets, payment information, or unnecessary personal data.
How review works
- Triage the possible harm. Incorrect licensing, exam-format, privacy, or safety information receives priority.
- Reproduce the exact claim. Question-bank concerns are tied to the published content fingerprint.
- Check the responsible primary authority. Conflicting source versions are documented rather than silently blended.
- Correct every affected surface. A fix may need to reach the guide, schema, practice bank, app, source map, and public update log.
- Invalidate stale approval. Any question-bank edit changes the fingerprint and requires the relevant review again.
Public contact status
This is still a private preview. The verified public corrections and privacy contact addresses are required before indexed release and will appear here after the legal operator is identified. Until then, no unmonitored placeholder inbox is presented as support.
Current known review boundary
The finance bank passes deterministic structure, mapping, source, balance, and duplication checks. Independent securities-subject-matter approval of the exact bank remains pending, so Role by Role does not call the content error-free or expert-certified.
